Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

• During busy seasons, special events, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

• Standard Shipping: $6.95 for orders under $100.

• Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $100 or more.

Free shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and service availability.

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please note that shipping transit time is separate from our 1–3 business day order processing period.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking details.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact Wyloh Ranch as soon as possible. We will do our best to make corrections before your order ships.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, carrier delays may occasionally occur.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can assist with the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, Wyloh Ranch ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
